Tasting
The Bergamot extract supplies a bold and citrusy aroma, while a touch of blue and purple cornflower petals lends a floral fragrance.

Add one teaspoon to 200 ml (12 oz) of boiled water to a strainer, brewed at 95°C( 200°F), and steep for 3-5 minutes.

Tea was quite tasty. Came out nice and smooth with a touch of milk. I would recommend using a teapot as the dregs can be a bit of an unpleasant surprise if you brew in your mug. Overall, I will get some more when I run out.
Shipping to the US took about a week which is pretty good for products from Canada.

Had the pleasure of tasting all of the teas at the Toronto Tea Festival, and couldn’t resist picking up this delicious Earl Grey. It tastes great with or without milk, and can be steeped more than once.
