Did you know that Nandi Gold tea tastes slightly different from other black teas? This unique tea has stunning tea leaves that tend to have long and wiry folds with golden tips. When brewed, they give a bright orange hue. Nandi Gold is very smooth with floral, fruity notes.
The tea is handpicked by small-scale tea farmers in the Nandi Hills highlands of Kenya, with over 6,000 feet elevation, lush rainforests and rich volcanic soils, and a culture steeped in tea drinking and running (world marathoners). The teas are picked and processed in small batches and grown without any pesticides or chemicals.
